The Silent Gospel of Mary

This is possibly the most coherent of all gospels, since it contains few words and a great deal of witnessing history – fewerand clearer. From the beginning, it is enough to see how, in the wedding feast of Cana, without the hour having yet come, he asks his son to
transform the wine.
Later, His presence is recounted when he accompanies his son until the very moment of crucifixion, but none of the gospels’ authors
are able to describe his enormous pain, the prayers and supplications He must have been making to the Heavenly Father, the enormous emotional conflict He must have had to endure watching the suffering of His Son, contrasting it with His permanent
acceptance by faith and obedience to the divine will, a posture that is indescribable and the very essence of His life.

After the Presentation of Archangel Gabriel, who brings her greetings from God, after having prepared herself since her childhood, she does not refuse the petition that she is expecting a blessed child, but rather accepts it immediately, with great faith, humility and obedience, when she decisively says “let it be done unto me according to your word”. Another passage related by Luke presents the wise words of the Magnificat. We must not forget that from the beginning Mary was filled with the Holy Spirit and must
have pronounced many words of wisdom, to which we have no written access, but are visible in the testimonies of her heart.
